Mogae commends Batswana on HIV/AIDS

President Festus Mogae has commended Batswana for their concerted effort in the fight against HIV/AIDS during his tenure as leader of the country.

Mogae said this at the national commemoration of the World AIDS Day in Letlhakeng, Kweneng District over the weekend.

The commemoration was under the theme: 'Leadership in the Fight Against HIV/AIDS'.
Mogae said that though Botswana is one of the countries most affected by AIDS in the world, Batswana did not shy away against this ailment.
