Moalosi loses Facebook hacking case

Motlhaleemang Moalosi has lost in a case in which he was suing the police for unlawful seizure of his laptop linked to an alleged Facebook conversation between a minister and a councillor.

The alleged conversation between the assistant minister of Education and Skills Development, Fidelis Molao and the Sebina councillor Kemmonye Amon, was about the latter who admitted to impregnating a school girl.

Moalosi is a suspect in the alleged fake conversation and has already appeared in court in connection with the matter.
