Member of Parliament (MP) for Chobe, Duncan Mlazie, is quickly becoming a very vocal man if questions he has been asking in Parliament are anything to go by.

Mlazie wants Agriculture Minister Christiaan De Graaf to account for P10million that was approved as start-up capital for the Pandamatenga Infrastructure Development Project during financial year ended 2006/2007. However, De Graaf was appointed in April this year and his predecessor was Johnnie Swartz.

The former assistant minister of Finance and Development Planning also wants De Graaf to brief the House on the reasons for the delay in commencement of the project for which P300million was to be spent during National Development Plan Nine (NDP 9). Mlazie also wants De Graaf to explain delays in the implications of the project that was planned to be the food basket of Botswana.
