Ministry prioritises de-centralisation

SELEBI-PHIKWE: The Ministry of Local Government has made de-centralisation of services a priority to promote customer satisfaction, Assistant Minister, Ambrose Masalila has said.

Speaking during the first ever People's Day at Selebi-Phikwe Town Council over the weekend, Masalila pointed out that part of the Local Government's objectives is the establishment of additional sub-districts, administrative authorities and service centres.

These will be rolled out in phases from the next financial year that starts in April.
