Members defy BNF top brass

SELEBI-PHIKWE: In a move that could amount to indiscipline, some members of the opposition Botswana National Front (BNF) attempted to field an independent candidate for the Ikageleng Phase One by-election last Friday.

BNF youth Ofentse Ithuteng only missed contesting the by-election because he was short with one supporter when the nominations were closed at 5pm. He paid the required amount and tendered his symbol.
