Mayor Billy Hails Belgian Links

FRANCISTOWN: Francistown mayor Buti Billy has hailed the visiting delegation from Genk, Belgium, for their determination to help the Francistown City develop.

Billy said the delegation also had an "opportunity to evaluate the twinning relationship" between the two cities.
