Matlou fancies his Mochudi East chances

Botswana National Front (BNF) activist, Obakeng Matlou is set to finally represent the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) at Mochudi East during the next general elections.

He first attempted in 2015 following the death of Isaac Davids. Though he lost, Matlou remained visible in the party and constituency as an activist as well as campaign manager for former legislator Moagi Molebatsi.

The late Member of Parliament, Davids, won the constituency in the 2014 General Election while a member of the UDC but later crossed the floor to join the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP). Unfortunately, he would not see his term to the end as his herdboys murdered him.
