Broadhurst principal magistrate, Nehemiah Mugoni has ruled that former Botswana National Front (BNF) executive secretary James Mathokgwane has a case to answer following a charge of rape.

Mathokgwane is accused of raping a nine-year-old girl near the Gaborone Dam last March.
