Masisi Beefs Up BDP Campaign Machinery

Following the departure of former president Ian Khama from Botswana Democratic Party (BDP), the party swiftly roped in veterans to beef up its campaign machinery for the upcoming elections.

The veterans comprise, former Foreign Affairs Minister and Khama’s trusted lieutenant Phandu Skelemani and Lesedi Mothibamele, former Kgalagadi Member of Parliament.

They took their first assignment over the weekend during the launch of Gaborone Bonnington North Parliamentary candidate, Anna Mokgethi.
