Masire, Warioba lead Ghana election observers

ACCRA: Carter Centre election observers are in Ghana to observe political elections that started last weekend.

The team will join the centre's long-term observers who have been deployed throughout Ghana since late September.

The 50 member delegation is led by former Botswana President, Quett Masire and former Prime Minister of Tanzania, Justice Joseph Warioba of the East African Court of Justice.
