Marobela threatens BDP with court action

FRANCISTOWN: Whyte Marobela is reportedly contemplating going to court over what he claims to be gross irregularities in the Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) primary elections for Francistown-West constituency.

The former Botswana People's Party president who lost to Ignatius Moswaane in the primaries on October 5, allegedly feels that the BDP leadership has failed him.

Marobela has alleged that many prospective voters were turned away because their membership cards were maliciously withheld.
