Man On Threat To Kill Gets Bail

FRANCISTOWN: The police would be advised to thoroughly investigate a report of "threat to kill" before arresting a suspect, so said a member of the audience outside the Francistown Magistrate court on Friday.

Chief Magistrate Lorraine Makati-Lesang had just granted Nkisetsang Ditshupelo, 32, of Marapong, bail after pleading that he was no danger to his alleged victim.

The unemployed father of one will now attend to court from outside jail on August 12 when Makati-Lesang will determine whether to dismiss the case or proceed with it.
