Man killed while breaking up fight

FRANCISTOWN: A 28-year-old man of Tonota village was allegedly murdered while trying to break up a brawl.

According to Tonota acting station commander Assistant superintendent, Ontibile Motladiile the police arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with murdering another man in his late 20s.

Motladiile said the deceased man was reportedly stabbed by a sharp object suspected while he was trying to break up a fight. He said the incident took place late Monday night at a local Shebeen at Mogakamme ward in Tonota.
