Man in court for murder, unlawful wounding

FRANCISTOWN: A man, who allegedly murdered his friend and wounded another following a fracas over Chibuku beer, appeared in court yesterday facing a charge of murder and causing grievous bodily harm.

Justice Mpaphi Phumaphi of the Francistown High Court is presiding over the case, which continues today.

The first prosecution witness Keneilwe Busang said that the accused, Isaac Mopiana Bafedile fought the two victims over Chibuku beer, as they were about to leave.
