Man Denies Raping Four Year

Giving sworn oral evidence before Village Magistrate Court, Vincent Monageng, the accused said the complainant had taken his 'rubbing stuff', an ointment he uses for rubbing his muscles before going to play football, and rubbed it on her thigh.

"She had seen me rubbing my thighs and when I went to wash my hands, she took it and rubbed it on herself. I came back to find her rubbing herself and reprimanded her, slapping her on her buttocks. She had her hands inside her panties, scratching herself with her fingers.
