Makhandlela: The new broom sweeping TSM clean

In a recent wide ranging interview, Mmegi Staffer RYDER GABATHUSE and Correspondent SIKI MOTSHWARI JOHANNES engage Teaching Service Management (TSM) director Opelo Makhandlela on some of the latest developments at his office. Following are excerpts from the interview

Mmegi: Kindly introduce yourself to our readership?

Makhandlela: My name is Opelo Makhandlela - born on March 3, 1958, in Bobonong.  I attended school at Mafetsakgang Primary (Primary) Swaneng Hill School (Secondary) University of Botswana (BA + CDE), University of Bristol MEd - (Education Administration and Policy).  I am married to Gloria Ginah Makhandlela. Have three daughters.  When not busy with my work commitments I am a Brahman breeder in Tuli block.
