Mahalapye Sub-Land Board has staff shortage?

Mahalapye Sub-Land Board has sent some employees on leave raising fears of the quality of work being affected due to a severe staff shortage. Two of the staff members have reportedly gone for an on-the-job training, while two are on maternity leave.

The fifth staff member voluntarily resigned. Information reaching Mmegi indicates that this has resulted in a skeletal staff operating, negatively affecting the running of the lands office.  One staff member complained; "The workload that comes with the shifts is too much for us.

This is totally unacceptable as it appears to be a deliberate move by the management.
