Madirelo blamed for laxity over interns

SELEBI-PHIKWE: Industrialists have expressed concern over the failure by government institutions to monitor the progress of students on internship programmes.

During an Institute Industry Partnership Programme (IIPP) breakfast show organised by the Selebi-Phikwe Technical College (SPTECO) recently, managers and captains of industry called for improved monitoring of interns.

The meeting was organised to address grey areas in students' training.
