Lover's Tiff Lands Man In Court For Murder

FRANCISTOWN: A 26-year-old gardener of Golushaba lands is in trouble for allegedly killing his girlfriend with a log. The State alleges that Christopher Mbenda murdered Keitumetse Keobatile at Ditlhatsana lands on February 6, 2019.

The police suspect that a lovers’ spat may have led to the tragic death of the girlfriend.

When the accused appeared in court on Friday, inspector Kenneth Edward applied for a plea in the matter to be reserved because investigations had just commenced.
