Lifeline needs 'kiss of life' or else

Lifeline Botswana - a training and counselling centre - faces closure due to lack of funds, Mmegi has learnt.

Treasurer Boitshwarelo Motlogelwa said in Gaborone yesterday that they are in desperate need of money to save the non-governmental organisation (NGO) from imminent closure.

"We are struggling to run this facility. We are struggling with payments. We do not have ink for printers and we simply cannot maintain assets in this place," he said.
