LCW further agreed to pay repatriation allowance of P6 per km to each employee's destination, with immediate effect and pay a separation package at one week salary on each year served with the company and a minimum of P3,000 as a threshold for those whose week's salary for years worked are under the agreed threshold. The agreement states that payments should be made by end of next month.
