Skelemani was responding to some of the concerns raised at a poorly-attended Kgotla meeting he addressed in Itekeng ward on Sunday morning.
The minister, who is a lawyer and state counsel, explained that the issue of commercial sex practised allegedly by Zimbabwean prostitutes in Area W had been raised in every consultative meeting he had addressed before.
