'Last Breakfast' At GTC

There were no tables for the students to sit down and dine as usual. There was no tea, or cold drink nor milk. On the day their breakfast was served in take away boxes, and the Monitor team looked on as the caterers made sure no one eats in the dining hall that day.
The students gobbled it on their feet, many in a hurry to catch the earliest bus to go home. The college does not have a students' representative council (SRC), but many did not think it would go this far.
It underscores the indispensable role women play in our society, particularly in building strong households and nurturing families.
