Know your health numbers

Knowing the levels of your health numbers (Blood pressure, Cholesterol, Blood sugar and Body Mass Index (BMI)) and how these levels compare to healthy, normal readings are very important in taking charge of your health.

1. Blood Pressure

Normal target: 120/80 mm Hg
