Khama opens P120M Tati Siding infrastructure

FRANCISTOWN: President Ian Khama last Friday opened the P120 million Tati Siding infrastructure that include a clinic, a primary school and internal roads.

Khama said he was very proud to officially open the Tati Siding infrastructure because it was undertaken at a time when the world has been hit by economic recession.

Giving a project report, North East Council chairman, City Kealotswe, said that it was through dedication and hard work that the infrastructures were finished. "Some, especially roads were completed in 2004. The primary school that goes by the name Bongalo was finished in 2010, while the clinic was completed early this year. P60 million was used on roads and the remainder on the clinic and primary school," Kealotswe said.
