Khama method under scrutiny in alcohol case

In an affidavit submitted in an urgent application by the alcohol industry to have the controversial alcohol levy stopped, KBL and BBL managing director, Lehlohonolo John Matsela, says that Khama is more interested in arbitrary decisions than the consultative process.
Matsela contends that the president announced the levy without according the industry an opportunity to give its views not just the tax but the larger question of alcohol use and abuse.
