Khama is anexpensive bachelor Saleshando

FRANCISTOWN: Outspoken Member of Parliament for Gaborone Central Dumelang Saleshando has described President Ian Khama as the worlds most expensive bachelor and said the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) had been infiltrated and taken over by ex-soldiers.

Speaking at a rally at Block 1 in Gaborone on Sunday, the sole MP of the Botswana Congress Party (BCP) said the BDP team that recently launched the ruling partys parliamentary candidate for Tati East Guma Moyo and his council candidates in Matshelagabedi was made up of the unwanted who had been toppled by President Ian Khama and his battalion of military men.

Saleshando also attacked BDP Chairman Daniel Kwelagobe, saying he was aggrieved because when he was the Minister of Presidential Affairs and Khama the Commander of the Botswana Defence Force (BDF), Kwelagobe was Khamas boss. He likened Khama to Andre Rajoeliena of Madagascar who recently toppled the island nations elected president Marc Ravalomanana through the help of the military.
