Kgosi to appear in court tomorrow

Former spy agency boss, Isaac Kgosi, is scheduled to appear before the Village Magistrate’s Court tomorrow.

Kgosi is reportedly charged with exposing identities of Directorate of Intelligence and Security (DIS) services employees and assaulting them verbally.

The former spy chief will be charged under Section 19 of the Intelligence Security Services, which prohibits the disclosure of the identity of DIS workers.
