Kario for BCL?

The loss of former Assistant Minister of Education and Skills Development, Kavis Kario in parliamentary elections might have paved the way for his return to the mining industry.

But it is unclear how much Kario wants to return to his former employers BCL Mine after a rather acrimonious departure in 2004.

The holder of an Honours degree in Engineering from Leeds University in the United Kingdom, Kario left his job for politics after BCL's controversial ultimatum for employees to choose between politics and their jobs.
