Kanjabanga wants outside judge to hear case

Taimu said that Kanjabanga had raised concern that all judges in Botswana's High Courts had been appointed through the direct involvement and participation of the Chief Justice, adding that the close working relationship between the judges and Nganunu could cloud the outcome of the case.
