Junior school starts HIV/AIDS project

FRANCISTOWN: Setlalekgosi Community Junior Secondary School (CJSS) has started a project to help those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS.

The school is one of the oldest in Francistown. It is situated in the low-income location of Area W. The HIV/AIDS project by teachers and students of Setlalekgosi intends to help 14 families in Area W. Sibongile Mbenge, a teacher and coordinator of HIV/AIDS project in the school said they decided to help members of the community living around the institution.

"We stay in Area-W and it is only fair to help those who live around us," she said. She revealed that they will take clothes and other things to the beneficiaries next week.
