Justice Michael Mothobi of the Gaborone High Court reprimanded a prosecutor whom he accused of treating proceedings lightly and failing to adequately prepare for a case involving serious crimes yesterday.


Mothobi’s anger was sparked when the prosecutor appeared to laugh in the middle of his tongue-lashing, in a case involving a murder.
