Judge reprimands 'inquiring' appellant

FRANCISTOWN: An appellant incurred the wrath of Justice Thomas Masuku when he asked the judge questions instead of submitting his grounds of appeal.

"I am not here to take any questions from anyone. I am here to listen to your submission. I refuse to answer your questions and it is not my duty," roared the otherwise softly spoken judge.

Bohitilwe also annoyed the judge when he attempted to converse with the judge. "Sir, we can sing at the same time, but cannot speak at the same time. If I speak you must listen," the judge warned.
