Judge delivers verdict today

FRANCISTOWN: High Court Judge Justice Moses Chinhengo will today deliver judgement in a murder case involving Thatayaone Malebjwe, Kumbulani Matapa and Bashangani Boapotswe.

The prosecution and the three respondents submitted their heads of arguments last Friday. The accused persons allegedly murdered Tshokodiso Plots who was then working as a Botswana Defence Force soldier stationed at Area S camp and  made off with some of his belongings, among them a cellphone.

The incident is said to have happened at Monarch location, Francistown on or about October 25, 2008 at around 0200 hours.
