Judge Absent, Murder Case Postponed

High Court judge, Justice Abednico Tafa, has postponed a case in which three Zimbabwean nationals are charged with murder and robbery to November 12.

The case was postponed because the presiding justice, Gabriel Rwelengera, was not available. However, when Justice Tafa was about to dismiss the court, Abel Nyasha (30) who had been sitting quietly, shot up and told the judge that he was not given feedback on their previous application.

"You are only telling us about the misfortunes that have befallen the judge," Nyasha said.
