MAUN: Hundreds of Botswana Alliance Movement (BAM) and Botswana Congress Party(BCP)supporters from across the country painted Maun with their party colours during the historic launch of the Pact between the two parties at Magotlho ward over the weekend.

First to take centre stage was doyen of opposition parties Motsamai Mpho who fired a salvo at critics of their alliance. He said that for a long time opposition parties had been under the illusion that they could wrestle state power from the BDP as single entities.
