It is absolute nonsense - Mothobi

Mothobi's appointment to the High Court bench has brought a barrage of criticism with some of his detractors pointedly questioning his integrity and credentials as a scholar.

There are allegations that he failed to complete his PhD studies funded by the University of Botswana. Another damning allegation against him is that he has failed, throughout the years to regularise with the Law Society of Botswana. He is accused of resigning before the UB could take disciplinary action against him for failing to mark students' scripts.
