Trees have started budding and 6 o'clock in the morning and evening is no longer as dark as it was throughout winter. Just recently, many people were no longer dressing as heavily as before.

But suddenly, when most were looking forward to warmer temperatures, the mercury dipped again.

"It is a cold spell, which is a normal occurrence at this time of the year," says the Director of Meteorological Services, Phetogo Phage.
