Is Botswana flip-flopping on Zim and Swaziland?

President Ian Khama is considered a hero for speaking against the undemoractic tendencies of long-time Zimbabwean ruler, Robert Mugabe. While Khama refuses to recognise Mugabe after the flawed elections in Zimbabwe, tomorrow President Khama travels to an electionless monarchy in Swaziland where he is to attend the country's 40th anniversary and the 40th birthday of King Mswati III, who was recently expected to choose his 14th wife at the annual Reed Dance.

This has raised questions of Khama's principles against undemocratic tendencies. Is Khama and Botswana's foreign policy confused or is Khama applying double standards?
