Irate client challenged to sue legal firm

Legal Guard has told a client threatening to sue the company for alleged poor service delivery to go ahead because the organisation will not be forced into unfair business practices.

Legal Guard insurance manager Benjamin Tobedza was reacting to accusations of failure to abide by its promises and duty to transfer the title deed of a yard their client David Isaacs Nkunga bought in Gaborone in 2009.

Nkunga said that after buying the plot in early 2010 he went to Legal Guard, of which he is a member, so they could help him transfer the title deed into his name so that he could sell the plot and buy a farm in Mochudi.
