Ipelegeng workers to be unionised - Motshwarakgole

The union's national organising secretary Johnson Motshwarakgole said in an interview with Mmegi in Gaborone that they want to organise the workers to correct issues pertaining to their welfare.
He said the over 50,000 Ipelegeng workers are marginalised yet they render valuable services to the nation. He said though they work on a temporary basis, they deserve to be consulted like other workers when decisions affecting their well-being are taken.
