Information leaks haunt BDP

FRANCISTOWN: Leakage of critical and confidential information from the ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) is a major concern to the party, acting BDP executive secretary Lee Lesetedi has said.

Lesetedi was speaking in the wake of a series of crucial BDP information leaks recently published in the media. He said the BDP is deeply disturbed to see its confidential information accessed by the media.

"This is a worrying issue to the BDP. If our private information is seen published in the media, then it shows that something is wrong. As the BDP we can see that there is someone in the BDP central committee who has a habit of leaking our confidential information to the press," Lesetedi said.
