Indo-Africa Drugs Meeting Offers Good Opportunities For Botswana

HYDERABAD: The Indo-Africa Pharma Business Meet ended in Hyderabad, India last week. The meeting was organised by the Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council (PHARMEXCIL).

PHARMEXCIL is a body of pharmaceutical companies set up by the Indian Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

Botswana was among the 14 African countries invited to the meeting. Representatives from the Botswana pharmaceutical industry and the government Department of Drug Regulation Unit (DRU) attended the meeting from September 25-27.
