IBS Takes PPADB To Court Over Tender

IBS Kalahari Computer Maintenance Services claims arising from a revoked tender dispute involving the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) and the Department of Information Technology have reached the courts.

Last year November, Judge Isaac Lesetedi ordered PPADB to produce all records of proceedings and give reasons for revoking of a tender award in January 2006.

The computer company had won a bid to provide computers, software support services for microcomputers, servers and peripheral systems that are used in government ministries and departments.
