Hunt for buried Kerekang's missing head continues

Today marks two weeks and four days into the police search for Elizabeth Bonolo Kerekang's head that was allegedly decapitated from her body by her boyfriend.

On July 30, 2018 in Block 3, Gaborone Kerekang’s boyfriend, Simon Badisa Kgowe allegedly murdered her, cut off her head and cast aside her body in Maratanang ward in Tlokweng. 

Appearing before Magistrate Batho Kgerethwa, representing the prosecution, chief prosecution counsel Thato Dibeela told the court that the police are still following leads into the recovery of the deceased’s missing head.
