House burns to ashes in Shoshong

Police are investigating a case in which a two-bedroomed house burnt to ashes in Phaleng ward, Shoshong on early Sunday morning at around 2am.

A passerby walking home from the bar reported the matter to the neighbours and the police when they saw the burning house.

At the time of the incident, the house was unoccupied as its owner, a soldier, lives in Thebephatshwa, according to the police investigating the matter. Thebephatshwa is a military base near Molepolole.
