Speaking during the World AIDS Day commemoration in Letlhakeng over the weekend, the President said: "We also witnessed a decline in the HIV prevalence among the first testers, from more than 30 percent in early 2005 to less than 20 percent so far this year." He said similar trends were observed in the prevalence rates among those who have tested through the Routine HIV Testing route.
