HIV positive rape convicts decline to mitigate

Amos Ineeleng (30) and Batshaloli Chini (25) both of Phase Five in Francistown, had appeared before the same magistrate for mitigation two days previously where their fingerprints and specimens of their body fluids were also to be taken after they were convicted.
The two initially refused to co-operate after the magistrate agreed with the prosecutor, Andrew Moloi, of the Directorate of Public Prosecution, to have their fingerprints taken.
