Hitmen hired to kill ex-wife accidentally murdered sister

A man alleged to have hired hit men to kill his then wife back in 2015 was today detained for the murder of his ex-wife’s sister that occurred two years ago.

Court revealed that 43-year old Ernest Legwale and Hamadi Mkhuha, aged 47 and another person on September 10, 2015 at Oodi village acting together and in concert murdered Thato Meswele aged 35. 

Prosecution told court that their investigations that took them two years revealed that Legwale, the ex-husband to Dimpho Meswele had on the fateful day planned and hired the two hit men, Mkhuha and the one not before court both Zimbabwean nationals to kill Dimpho but they accidentally killed her sister (Thato).
