High commission out to market Botswana

NEW DELHI: A Botswana High Commission spokesperson in India says efforts are underway to sell Botswana as the number one tourist destination.

Speaking in an interview here, Masego Ramakgathi said although the mission was relatively new as it was only set up in October last year, they were doing everything possible to market the country in Asia and beyond.

"There are efforts to sell Botswana to the world and we are hopeful our endeavours will bear fruit," said Ramakgathi.
